The ideal light lunch--lettuce wraps! Along with my chicken burrito bowl, this is another top customer favorite. That lettuce crunch mixed with ground beef, chicken or turkey makes for the perfect texture!
This dish is super easy to make and if you just place the romaine lettuce on the side, it will easily stay fresh in your fridge for a few days. All you need are a few ingredients and a few simple steps to make this your next meal prep.
What you will need:
Makes 2 servings
-Romaine lettuce (6 romaine hearts)
-1/2 lb ground turkey (or your choice of ground protein)
-1/4 diced tomato
-Seasoning to taste
1.) Cook ground turkey with seasoning for about 10 minutes on medium heat
2.) Add diced tomato
3.) Stir and finish cooking ground turkey thoroughly
4.) Wash and trim romaine lettuce
5.) Add ground turkey to meal prep container and lettuce on top/on the side
6.) Assemble your lettuce wraps and enjoy!
