There's just something about meat and potatoes that makes it the perfect combo. I made these potato "chips" in my air fryer for the first time and I LOVE how crispy they turned out. By the way, I use my air fryer A LOT and highly recommend you invest in one if you cook often. It saves so much time and you can cook so many different types of food, you'll thank me later!
What you will need:
Makes 2 servings
-2 red or yellow potatoes
-1 tbsp olive oil
-Salt & Pepper to taste
-1/2 lb Broccoli (fresh or frozen)
-3/4 lb. lean ground beef
-Season salt or your favorite meat seasoning
For ground beef:
Hint: You can cook all 3 of these ingredients at the same time and in under 20 minutes. Begin by washing your produce and preheating the oven and air fryer.
Then, continue with the potatoes in the air fryer, put the broccoli in the oven and let both cook while you cook the ground beef on the stovetop. Happy meal prepping!
