So cauliflower is not necessarily on my top veggies list as far as taste goes BUT as I was experimenting, I came across this great buffalo sauce and I just had to use it and give cauliflower another try. And I’m here to report; it’s a total game changer.

As for the tilapia, per usual, it is one of my top favorite things to eat. Paired with the buffalo cauliflower, it became a flavor bomb that I just had to share!

The best part about this recipe is that you just throw everything together in an oven pan and let it do its thing for 25 minutes. Gotta love a simple one pan meal.

 

What you will need

Makes 2 servings

For the cauliflower

  • 4 cups of cauliflower florets
  • 3/4 cup of buffalo sauce (I used The New Primal brand-see photo)*plus more sauce if you want to add more at the end
  • Oil spray

*About the sauce: The New Primal buffalo sauce is Gluten-Free, Whole30 approved & Paleo friendly. I used the Hot version, but they also make Mild & Medium flavors.

 For tilapia

  • 3 tilapia filets
  • Lemon pepper seasoning to taste
  • 1 lemon

Recipe

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees
  2. Spray large baking sheet with olive oil
  3. Toss cauliflower florets in a bowl with buffalo sauce
  4. Season tilapia with lemon pepper and lemon juice
  5. Place cauliflower and tilapia on baking sheet and bake for 25 minutes
